Bookings are made directly with the Managing Agent. The deposit payment should be made via crossed cheque from a bank or building society or by electronic BACS payment directly to the owners UK bank account. The account details are as detailed on the accompanying invoice. The remaining balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to the rental.
A refundable damage/security deposit of £150 is due with the final payment. This will be refunded in full 14 days after your departure from the property should no deductions be required as per the

Our normal changeover day is a Saturday but occasionally we can be flexible, so please feel free to contact us directly to enquire about alternative arrangements.
